Childress Ranch Estates

Childress Ranch Estates is a project that we walk along side our with developer partner from the beginning. We assisted in finding the property, running the proforma and initial budgets, design to construction.  Handle the approval of the county for the community, 115 acre site in the Washington County area. Developed this into a premier gated community with 45 lots including amenity ponds, fishing pier and gated entrance. DempseyGill handled all the design, re=platting, and construction.

Mustang CAT Sales & Service Center

Mustang Cat asked DempseyGill to design a facility that merged its stand-alone sales and service facilities into one. DempseyGill designed a single pre-engineered metal building with a 35,000 SF service center and 20,000 SF sales center. The service center includes 16 service bays served by 8 cranes, a compressed air loop, and an oil distribution and disposal system. The sales center includes a 4,000 SF showroom, offices, parts storage, and conference and training rooms to support regional staff. The new facility sits among 27,000 SY of paving, 14,000 SY of gravel, and 15,000 SY of landscaping. The project also includes a 3-bay wash unit and public road extension.

DemspeyGill planned, designed, permitted, and built a 26-acre RV park and entertainment venue. The park includes 109 RV slips, amenity pond, and indoor/outdoor entertainment venue.
